What is iTagPro?

iTagPro is a compact Bluetooth tracker that helps you locate and keep track of important items such as keys, wallets, bags, and more. Attach iTagPro to your belongings and use our app to find them quickly if they’re misplaced.

How does iTagPro work?

iTagPro uses Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) technology to connect with your smartphone. When your iTagPro is within Bluetooth range of your phone, you can make it ring or view its location using our app. If the item is out of range, the app will show its last known location on a map.

Is iTagPro a GPS tracker?

No, iTagPro is a Bluetooth tracker. It relies on your phone’s Bluetooth connection to update its location. It does not use GPS or provide real-time global tracking. For most everyday items like keys and wallets, Bluetooth tracking is ideal.

What is the range of iTagPro?

iTagPro works within standard Bluetooth range, which is typically up to 100 meters (about 330 feet) in open spaces. Actual range may vary depending on environmental factors such as walls or interference from other devices.

Can I use iTagPro to find my phone?

Yes! With iTagPro, you can press the button on your tracker to make your paired phone ring, even if it’s on silent mode.

How do I set up iTagPro?

Power on iTagPro by pressing the function button.
Download and open the iTagPro app on your smartphone.
Follow the in-app instructions to pair your iTagPro and start tracking your items.

Which devices are compatible with iTagPro?

iTagPro works with smartphones and tablets that support Bluetooth 4.0 or higher and run current versions of iOS or Android. Devices without Bluetooth 4.0/BLE or running beta operating systems may not be compatible.

Can I use iTagPro with multiple devices?

iTagPro can be paired with one device at a time. To use it with a different phone or tablet, you’ll need to disconnect it from the first device and pair it with the new one.

What happens if I lose an item outside of Bluetooth range?

If your item is out of Bluetooth range, the app will display its last known location. Some models also support community finding, where other users’ phones can help locate your lost item if they come within range and have the app installed.

Does iTagPro have a replaceable battery?

Yes, iTagPro uses a standard replaceable battery (such as CR2032), designed to last up to 6 months depending on usage.

Is iTagPro water-resistant?

Yes, iTagPro is designed to be water-resistant, making it suitable for everyday use.

Can I use iTagPro with pets or children?

iTagPro is designed for tracking personal items. While it can be attached to pet collars or children’s bags, please note its range is limited to Bluetooth connectivity and is not intended for real-time tracking over long distances.

My iTagPro isn’t connecting—what should I do?

Ensure Bluetooth is enabled on your phone.
Make sure the iTagPro is powered on.

How do I reset my iTagPro?

Hold down the function button for at least three seconds until you hear two beeps. This will power off the device. To restart, press the button once to power on.
